Overview

Axiom is XRF, which is user friendly bench top instrument designed for material analysis and coating thickness measurements. The X-Ray source and detector assembly are located in the instrument's upper chamber with motorizes Z-axis movement which ensures the ease of measurement. The integrated video microscope with zoom and crosshair simplifies sample placement and allows for a precise measuring spot adjustment.
Design:
Axiom has a high performing tungsten tube, which is highly durable. For minimal beam spread it has a spot size of approx. 0.5×0.5 mm. Axiom has a high-voltage generator, which is controlled by software. This device has a single collimator and has a high-resolution CCD color camera for optical monitoring of the measurement location with 20X zoom. It also comprises of electronic soft hair with scale and beams size indication. Its software has three separate modules, which are the evaluation module, software module, and fundamental calculation method. 

Features:
Laser pointer- A laser emits through the collimator traversing the XRAY path indicating the target spot on the sample very precisely only with collimator >0.3mm.
Multi Collimator- Collimator can change in 6 positions automatically. The positions are 0.1mmØ / 0.2mmØ / 0.3mmØ / 0.5mmØ / 0.05 x 0.05mm / 0.05 x 0.25mm.
Sample Stage- It has motorized programmable X and Y.
Electrical Data:
Its power supply is AC 110V or AC 230V, 50 - 60Hz and its Power Consumption is of 200VA. It has a usable sample area of 400 x 420 mm and its Internal and External Chamber Dimensions are 500 x 489 x 172.5 mm (W x D x H) and 500 x 652 x 500 mm (W x D x H) respectively.
