Overview

Compact Eco XRF is a non-destructive solution that can be used to determine the chemical composition of a wide variety of sample types including solids, liquids, and powders. Compact Eco is also used to determine the thickness and composition of layers and coatings. 
Compact Eco is a robust solution, combining high precision and accuracy. It can be readily automated for use in any industrial environments, plus Compact Eco provides both qualitative and quantitative types of information on a sample, thus making Compact Eco a best blend for Coating Thickness Measurement and Material Analyser.

Technology

Compact Eco are  equipped with different detectors:
Proportional counter tube (PC): Used for routine measurements of coating systems and for alloys with few elements.
Silicon PIN detector (PIN): Ideal for samples with many elements and/or coatings, e.g. in the analysis of gold or in incoming goods inspection.
Silicon drift detector (SDD): Ideal when many elements e.g. gold, platinum, Iridium and Ruthenium
 

Product

Top to Bottom
The development of bench top XRF instruments has greatly expanded the range of samples suitable for analysis.  The Top to Bottom X-Ray helps in direct exposure of rays on the samples by reaching difficult areas like inner diameters of any given sample thus giving better penetration reach.

 

Large Sample Chamber
Due to its larger chamber Compact Eco is versatile instrument for working with parts having a variety of shapes and sizes. Because of its Spaciously dimensioned sample chamber samples can be easily placed into and removed from the chamber. The sample chamber has a large opening, making it very easy accessibility.

X-Ray Tube
Our X-Ray tubes are known for their performance and long life, making our XRF Machine an ideal solution for demanding applications for those requiring continuous operation.

Collimators
The use of a collimator with a pre-defined size, allows precise adjustment of the size and shape of the X-Ray beam to the specimen. 

Radiation Protected Glass
Compact Eco is engineered in such a way that it eliminates the risk to both operators and the environment. The architecture is designed to ensure that the X-Radiation is restricted inside the instrument.

Secure Non Editable Software
X-MasteR software is user friendly and easy to use with non-editable results. X-MasteR is the heart of all Aczet’s X-Ray instruments, enabling the collection of information regarding precious metals, coating thickness and material analysis. X-MasteR has both Empirical and Fundamental method of measurement.
X-MasteR has ease for creation of required application for coating thickness.

Software

XMasteR Application
X-MasteR is the user-friendly operating software for the modern suit of X-Ray systems. This program used most modern software tools available for Windows operating platforms. The main task of the operating software is the control of all system parameters such as high voltage settings, X-Ray tube current, display of collimators and filters as well as the collection of the measurement data.
