Overview

Aczet’s Handheld XRF (Nanories) is a portable device that can be used in industrial locations for immediate lab-quality results which helps in determining the next course of action and where it’s needed. Being able to take a lab technique in the industrial field enables the analysis of samples that are too large, unwieldy, or costly to transport to the lab.
Handheld X-Ray fluorescent (XRF) analyzers have the capability to quantify or qualify nearly any element from Magnesium to Uranium, depending on specific instrument configurations.
 
Features:
It is based on Si-PIN/SDD technology for measuring alloys, including precious metals. It is pre-calibrated for major alloys and precious metals with elements ranging from Mg and U. It performs non-destructive testing with one-touch operation within a few seconds. Its user friendly & easy to operate doesn’t require a special person to operate. It is small and light in weight (1.6kg without battery), which is very easy to carry & test.
 
Excellent Performance:
High-speed processing chip, advanced algorithm, and high-responsive software, resulting in the even faster analysis in industries. High-performance X-Ray Tube, Ultra High Resolution Detector combined with Digital Multi-channel Processing Technology which yields super-high detection resolution. It also has an industrial resistive touch screen, superior to capacitor screen in backlight and clearer against sunlight in the field. This device shows element symbol is English with high precision, high testing speed and comparable results.

Data Processing:
With built-in 32GB memory, USB, Bluetooth, data can be exported/ Printed to EXCEL or PDF formats. Users can customize the reports by adding their company logos, addresses, test results, spectrum, and others (such as product description, origin, and batch number).
Software:
Handheld (Nanories) software is a professional FP based software which enables the users to configure passwords, customize analysis reports easily. 
Safety:
The Nanories analyzer is designed to be safe to operate provide that it is used in accordance with manufactures’ instructions. Under conditions of normal use, monitored operators seldom receive a measurable dose and have not been known to receive in excess of 10% of the annual occupational dose limits (a criterion that would require monitoring under regulation in the U.S.). In addition to proper use of the Beethor X3G Series, it is recommended that you follow these precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.
 
Power supply system:
Each Nanoris contain two lithium Batteries, this is standard configuration. The other end of Battery charging electrode is provided with A miniature Display, which can directly display the battery power. This battery charged by universal adapter which can be used for direct charging of the instrument and can also be charged through charging station. The input voltage of the adapter is 100-2 HOV AC and the output voltage is 9 VDC. A single battery can use upto 6-8 approx. hours. 

Applications: 
The Analyzer gives accurate chemicals analysis for commercial or industrial areas such as; Positive material identification, Scrap processing mining and Exploration, Environmental testing, Light elemental & AL analysis, consumer safety.  
Performance Features:
Handheld (Nanories) nondestructive test does not damage or have any adverse effect on the use of samples. No damage is foreseen in the entire test process. Its High-performance X-ray Tube, Ultra High Resolution Detector combined with Digital Multi-channel Processing Technology, yields super-high detection resolution. It also has resistive industrial 4.3" touch screen, superior to capacitor screen in backlight and clearer against sunlight in the field. It automatically adjusts display brightness according to the environment brightness. Automatic switch to standby mode when it is not used and recovery after the machine are picked up, which saves power and extends working time. This machine also gives out an alarm when ambient temperature or humidity exceeds the scope of application.
