Aczet’s Axiom has high performing tungsten tube, which is highly durable. For minimal beam spread is has a spot size of approx. 0.5×0.5 mm. Axiom has a high-voltage generator, which is controlled by software. This device has a single collimator and has a high-resolution CCD color camera for optical monitoring of the measurement location with 20X zoom. It also comprises of electronic soft hair with scale and beams size indication.

Its software has three separate modules, which are the evaluation module, software module, and fundamental calculation method.
