Technology:
The new digital microprocessor incorporated in the this works 100 times faster than traditional systems. It can measure the high energy precisely, analyzing it and sampling it every 100 microseconds. This makes welder Forza 160, a powerful machine while at the same time constant and very precise in the repetition of the shots.
Features:
One of its most prominent features is the real-time and automatic regulations on the power supply which helps it in efficient working. Its double light LCD touch screen shutter and automatic control of the laser lamp, with consequent automatic adjustment of the energy. It has an integrated webcam in it.
It has a cooling chamber & an efficient air cooling system. It has 6 preset pulse shaping programs. The argon gas nozzle is present directly to the welding point and air nozzle for cooling pieces in the working chamber.
For the chamber cleaning, it has an extractable drawer. Low noise and low maintenance 100 memory parameters are there in the device. It comprises of frontal and big doors and optional on-board LIVE video camera in it.
Laser Application:
It can easily weld precious as well as non-precious metals including platinum, titanium, gold, silver, and palladium. Old Jewelry can also be repaired perfectly. It repairs molding without removing the stones and welds the elements using weld materials and leaves them clear, sharp, and without the need to clean again. It can even repair casting defects such as porosity or breakages by simply welding those areas with solder wire. It is highly suitable for high-productive cycles.
