Intrinsic Safe Flameproof Four Load cell Platform Scale

To up with precise and accurate weighing, the Mild Steel Flameproof Heavy Duty Floor Scale has been provided with advanced load cells. The system consists of four load cells at corners and is combined in a summation junction box with self-adjusting, to give an exact weighing reading and to keep up the accuracy of the scale, overload protection, are provided to the scale that prevents any damage to load cells.

The scale has a maximum capacity ranging from 500 kg ~ 5000 kgwith precision accuracy in various platform sizes.

FLP enclosure is made of Cast Alloy , Instrinsically safe loadcell, Weight Indicator & composite Circuit of Electronic Scales are safe for use in Zone 1 & 2 and gas group IIB atmosphere and belong to category Ex“ia” with temperature class T6 at 40 deg C ambient as per IS/IEC 600079-11:20026. Flameproof Scale guarntees IP 66 protection class and allows user to use the scale in Hazardous area,explosive vapours,gasses and fogs and industrial enviroment.

Rigid and reliable Mild Steel platter construction

The mild steel structure combines robust construction and low profile platter which is uniquely designed to support any industrial environment. The platform scale is available with different sizes as per customer requirements. models .This Platform is constructed with an overload of 150% of the FS capacity.

Bright Display

The bright LED display makes it easy for the users to read the output irrespective of any light condition. The Flame proof enclosurer has water resistance push keys for ease operation and withstands Harsh environmental helps the User tooperate the scale in a convenient manner.

Load Cells

The load cell, is at the core of the Weighing Platforms.The robust load-cell housing features integrated overload protection and durable mechanical interfaces.

The integrated shear beam load cells are both IP68 & IP67 protected making them useful for all sorts of harsh and wet conditions. IP68 load cells are hermetically sealed with a welded cover to keep out moisture and dirt. A 5m single cable is provided with a conduit pipe.
