Precise, error-free and recurrent weighing

To up with precise and accurate weighing, the Stainless steel Heavy Duty Floor Scale has been provided with advanced load cells. The system consists of four load cells at corners and is combined in a summation junction box with self-adjusting, to give an exact weighing reading and to keep up the accuracy of the scale, overload protection, and fixed guards are provided to the scale that prevents any damage to load cells.

Load and unload with ease

The ramp with a low-level height of 60-100mm adjustable legs allows the users to load and unload heavy containers with ease. Several platform sizes are available with heavy-duty construction of the SS platform permitting the users to choose the best size that will be a perfect fit for user's needs and their applications.

Rigid and reliable Stainless Steel platter construction

The Stainless steel (SS 304) structure combines robust construction and low profile platter which is uniquely designed to support any industrial environment. The scale is available with different models with the readability of 200 g up to 1 Kg. High resolution of up to 15,000 counts provides accurate and reliable weighing. This Platform is constructed with an overload of 150% of the FS capacity.

Application of Stainless Steel platter for easy cleaning

The platter of the scale is constructed with stainless steel that eases the washdown applications. The rustproof stainless platter enhances the working efficiency of the scale. The sturdy and waterproof platter of the scale allows thorough cleaning easy. The chances of contaminant substances to be collected at any gap or corner of the scale are eliminated due to the stainless steel design. Handles are provided for the convenience of positioning & removal.

Indicator

Fully SS304 grade Indicator with microcontroller base electronic for fast and precision weighing. The Indicator with a large bright LED display/LCD Backlit display, enhances the reading irrespective of any light condition that helps the users to read from a distance. Display icons provide an instant indication for stable reading and another operational status. The Indicator has a soft water resistance key for ease operation and withstands Harsh environmental.
RS 232C serial port available to transfer weight data with PC for working online. The indicator has a built-in rechargeable battery with a backup time of 20-24 hrs.

Piece Counting

The Indicator has an inbuilt Piece counting function used for weighing as well as for simple piece counting.

Load Cells

The integrated load cells are both IP68 & IP67 protected making them useful for all sorts of harsh and wet conditions. IP68 load cells are hermetically sealed with a welded cover to keep out moisture and dirt. A 5m single cable is provided with a conduit pipe.
